Worked alongside the outside sales team to handle estimating, quoting, negotiating, and order entry of awarded projects. Distributed field drawings, purchased materials, confirmed schedule requirements, and submitted daily field production reports to meet project contractual objectives. Tracked time and material usage for reporting a project’s cost and profitability. Maintained all product data and job folders for accessibility and ensure their integrity and reliability. Aided chief executive officer with subcontractor agreements and regulatory correspondence.
