Daily Duties at Filtrexx Int'l:
Plan and direct all sourcing and procurement, conversion, and logistics of product sales. Oversee eight manufacturing facilities including 16-24 staff. Review manufacturing and fulfillment processes for quality and efficiency; develop and implement procedure changes when needed. Determine and replenish raw materials and finished goods inventory levels. Collaborate with vendors, plus sales and business development teams to meet projects contractual objectives. Manage orders from entry to on-time delivery, including any changes required. Assure timely and accurate order documents for invoice processing. Overlook on-site product for installation division use and distribute “Work In Progress” reports. Liaised with quality control, credit manager and sales to resolve customer issues. Helped create and finalize master service and sub-contract agreements. Assist chief financial officer with inventory budget forecasts, product cost evaluations, and job profitability. Key role in ERP/MRP design, implementation and training.
