Full responsibility for P&L, cash flow, forecasting and account management growth • Provided leadership for the operations management of the Industrial Business Group for water and utility outsourcing services and material recovery for industrial clients throughout North America. • Managed the delivery of O&M and related services to municipal clients in the Central LLC, including the Midwest/Mid-Atlantic area of the U.S. and the provinces of Canada. • Provided cross functional management of Area Managers, technical staff, support staff and general oversight of 160 employees servicing over 90 clients • Provided implementation oversight and management of full service delivery of DBOO, O&M, DBO and related projects, with responsibility for resources management, work quality and cost control.
