* Responsible for the launch of a multi-platform mobile application portfolio totaling 6M downloads in less than 3 years * Manage a multi-year $9M partnership content agreement with Sprint * Created and implemented an In-App Purchase (IAP) monetization strategy * Gross Revenue 2013 - $1.5M * Gross Revenue 2014 - $3.2M * Define the strategy for app sponsor ad unit placement and custom integration * App sponsorship revenue 2013 - $1.5M * App sponsorship revenue 2014 - $1.75M * App sponsorship revenue 2015 - $1.95M * Lead mobile app roadmap strategy to grow engagement, consumption and revenue * Define the content strategy that drives yearly growth in visits, page views and video views * Manage a loyalty program with 100K monthly active users leading to $300K in annual revenue * Lead the mobile app development roadmap strategy by defining feature enhancements based on the app’s competitive analysis, usage and user feedback * Develop the mobile applications KPI reporting strategy * Product Owner within an agile/scrum environment with a focus on prioritizing the development backlog, sprint planning and sprint review sessions to drive results to achieve business goals * Build Project Charters and set the Business Requirements as part of the overall roadmap strategy planning * Provide UAT Feature testing/results for all new features added to the NASCAR mobile products * Create marketing campaigns in support of app releases, product enhancements and subscription price changes * Collaborate directly with Apple, Google and Microsoft to drive app downloads, engagement and subscriptions * Skills include Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, UrbanAirship, Exacttarget Cloud Marketing, SessionM Rewards Platform, Google Play Console, Apple iConnect, Microsoft Developer Console, Microsoft Office Products
