Daily Duties at Northwest Evaluation Association:

Contributed to incident response team of 20 people to quickly resolve information system and security related incidents. Produced and executed queries from Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB sources to obtain data for informational and business intelligence purposes. Researched and introduced security tools to minimize the risk of a security breach and protect the confidential data of 10 million students as required by FERPA regulations. Reduced application bugs by reviewing and contributing to the correction of software code for various applications. Monitored and analyzed logs to determine root cause of application and system related issues.
