Hire of new associates and setting up benefit needs including health insurance. Training of new and existing associates for sales and collections. Audit and train personnel for guest readiness reviews. Establish and set goals for stores and monitor employee performances. Develop and monitor store plan of actions to improve store performance. Compliance and maintain the system for inventory control.
