Daily Duties at Check Into Cash:
Auditing & compliance of centers to ensure legal and company compliance. Monitor stores delinquency percentage relative to profitability. Supervise adherence to proper accounting procedures. Investigate customer complaints to resolution. Develop and monitor stores’ plan of action to improve store performance. Monitor work schedules to ensure company compliance and adequate coverage. Coach and train personnel for promotion. Coordinated presentations to staff regarding health insurance products and benefits Develop new District Managers from other districts/regions.
