Daily Duties at Radius/Global Growth Experts:

Started-up the United States headquarters from the ground floor up; reviewed Founders internal and external e-mails so that I could learn the business inside and out for all international entities, researched,budgeted and attended high profile conferences worldwide, i,e, Yale club, Harvard club, Dow Jones, World Business Forums Private Equity Forums; negotiated with vendors for sponsorship events or conferences, organized webinars and speakers,events, panel discussions and participated in Round table discussions relevant and complimentary to our business, researched and recruited writers and creative design artists for branding material, worked all territories in the United States, Europe and Asia when first starting out; trained a research and development team to become managers in Mumbai and Indore, India; interviewed and trained new business development employees in both the United States and Europe; traveled 50% of time when we started growing extensively; worked with media and advertising agencies; scouted and joined numerous organizations and networking groups; worked in all territories in United States, Europe and Asia and took calls all hours of the day and night, depending on timezone; researched, prospected,qualified and arranged technical meeting with advisory and prospective client; prepared discussion documents for client review after initial call to assure correct and detailed communications; prepared proposals, reviewed and discussed engagement letters; closed deals with my global technical partner, collected all certified documentation on Board of Directors (BOD) from new client; prepared "Know Your Client" (KYC) documentation and handover notes to Client Services Directors in England as well as up-selling after one year that a client was on-boarded; Software as a Service (SaaS) product launch; promoted and assured effective communication, teamwork, clients service and reporting processes as well as implementation of the mission statements for the operational business plan; targeted and built relationships with channel partners and large profitable clients in rapid growth mode, first in the technology industry and later in other market sectors including; public, venture backed, private and non-profit organizations i.e, Rayathon (Hawker Beechcraft), Telsa Motors, Redhat, Genband, iWatt,Fender Music,Beats Electronics, Harvard University, just to name a few; attended weekly sales training, partnership introductions and technical training courses weekly with marketing, sales and business development teams, forecasting and quarter-end accountability, attended company annual meeting and new training with sales, marketing, business development, client services directors, advisory, software engineers, IT, human resources and colleagues from all multi-national entities along with our CEO, CFO, COO, shared complaints, competitor information or any new partners with cross- functional teams and worldwide entities, worked with internal software engineers to implement new project plans or for prospect/client requests and solutions; learned many new processes during acquisition and after merger with competitor.
