Handled all functions pertaining to the daily operations of Central Cab, Park Tours and Mountaineer Coach. Supervised staff comprised of over 100 employees and consulted with them on a daily basis. Spearheaded programs which increased employee retention and saved recruitment costs. Interfaced with clients, cultivated relationships and managed their accounts. Oversaw all audits, including audits for the Federal Department of Transportation, Department of Defense and Transportation Safety Exchange. Functioned as a liaison for major customers, such as West Virginia University and Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation. Demonstrated expertise in routing and scheduling. Tracked numbers for trends and budget purposes and maintained safety records. Assisted with recruiting and hiring, including interviewing all potential candidates.
