Daily Duties at Professional Health Services:
Directly reported to President/CEO and partnered with Vice-President. Managed and mentored an operational staff of up to 40 both in-house and remote. Scope of responsibility extended to interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling/routing of all clients, customer service, interviewing/scheduling all contract program staffing, DOT compliance, Technician certifications, and trouble-shooting maintenance repairs.
