• Develop new business in expanding markets for Ashley. Analyzed current furniture industry sales and those in the mass merchant channels and developed programs based on transferring the sales success from one channel to another increasing revenue and penetration for both customers and principals. Manage all promotional planning and execution from beginning to end. • Hired and managed office team to support new business; oversee all aspects of field sales and inside sales personnel teams, including budgeting, payroll and HR requirements. • Implemented call center systems to track consumer issues and their resolutions. Manage financial budgets involved with handling these programs and ensuring their profitabilty. Worked with manufacturing and logistci systems to meet customers needs within factory’s ability and budgets.
