I am currently the regional Director of Hospice in my company.Forecasts direction of the Hospice Program and the Residences with collaboration from the CEP/Board and appropriate community and professional groups Sets and implements annual goals for the Hospice Participates in certain aspects of program expansion and fund development Ensures appropriate allocation of resources and plan budget Establishes reporting system and controls, and regularly monitors aggregated reports on hospice, quality improvement, corporate compliance and clinical records data Assumes responsibility for personal and professional development of staff
