Daily Duties at Raytheon:
Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead on ATNAVICS program, which is a program that was completed in early 2000 and has undergone many feature upgrades over the past 16 years. As of Jan 2016, the product line has generated 1 Billion in sales. I focus on new feature type contracts from the US Army and Marines program offices. I do support production and field support contracts as needed. Effectively managed several contracts with total budget of 50M on the Air-Traffic Navigation, Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS), Responsible for all cost and schedule across all engineering functional organizations. Reported to program manager and customer. Process lead across all functional organizations on the ATNAVICS program. Worked with functional discipline leads during all phases of a contract, from leading bid proposals to monthly earned value management analysis. Risk and Opportunity manager for all of engineering on the ATNAVICS program. Participated in customer program reviews and responsible for ensuring the customer, who are the US Army and Marines, were always pleased with the overall engineering performance.
