Designed & manage on-line system and training program with over 5000 staff enrolled. o Developed an original Domestic Violence Model of Family Therapy treatment enabling agency in securing contracts. Reduced turnover by 20% by developing a hiring matrix, on-boarding process & training program. o Analyzed data of hiring practices that maximized impact of hiring matrix. o Saved turnover cost by accelerating identification of staff that were not a fit for agency. Designed & launched new electronic practice management software, Mindflash & Sales Force. o Tracked billing, Admissions, Assessments, Progress notes & Discharges data. o Streamlined Scheduling, Supervision, Service Plans Authorization management, incident reports & referrals. Designed reporting for managers to make key decisions. Supervise 42 managers in the company in 7 states. o Provided clinical support in challenging or high profile cases, assisted in increasing reputation. Supervised staff for licensure increasing reputation and quality of services offered.
