Daily Duties at Esi Contracting Corp.:
Functions as project manager included developing all necessary strategies to start project. Also, I controlled sub-contractors, materials, and equipment to adequately complete projects. To control costs incurred, I gathered all information daily in performance, quality, and deficiencies reports for review to senior executives meetings. To reduce risk and/or accidents, I conducted on-site training for site specific hazards and safety as Safety and Health Officer (SHO). I assisted four other PM’s in various areas of development.
