Managed a Global Project Management Office (PMO) of 19 PM’s with an annual project portfolio of $20-25M, for a Fortune 500 Utilities customer. Managed a Network Services team of 72 architects, technicians and PMs, with an annual department budget of $25-30M, for a Fortune 500 Utilities customer. Managed the Helpdesk team (25 agents) and Desk Side Support team (40 field techs), with a combined annual departmental budget of $8-12M, for a Fortune 500 Utilities customer. Managed the Logistical Security team (3 analysts) and the Global ID Administration team (12 analysts) with a combined annual departmental budget of $2-4M, for a car rental customer.
