Daily Duties at Vitera Healthcare Solutions:
Work with 1-10 provider Physician practices to create software solutions around Practice Management, Electronic Health Records, Practice Analytics and Web portals. Responsible for leadership of six representatives in Northern California and the Northwestern U.S. • Recruiting and Hiring. In a District of six territories hired for the five ‘open’ territories. • Coaching and Leadership. Responsible for coaching and training each individual in the District to help achieve individual and corporate goals and to create opportunity for personal advancement. • Generate sales of company’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management systems to selected physician specialties • Strategy and tactics. Create plans to help expand company reach and acceptance in targeted practices. • Goal Attainment. Responsible for District with goals in excess of $5M per year. Work includes attainment of monthly and annual sales goals.
