Daily Duties at Qsi, Inc./Next Gen:
Act as engagement manager when group of consultants is assigned. Develop client deliverables as documented in contract scope of work. Provide consultative advice utilizing available tools such as business intelligence and data analytics, recommendations, suggestions for "best practice" process and use of NextGen functionality based on expertise utilizing software and real-world experience working with the NextGen Healthcare Client base. Communication of project status and managing client expectations. Sustain detailed product knowledge for existing versions and new versions of NextGen software
