Daily Duties at Staywell Health Management :

 Managed the testing team by delegating tasks to the team and tracking the same.  Interaction with the business team for requirements gathering.  Involved in the Pilot Agile development practices  Created test plans and authored test cases using HP Quality Center.  Attended triage meetings to understand and consider the scope changes for the release during the test execution phase  Responsible for testing the whole Triage API which involves testing the complex triage algorithm that computes the program recommendation and ranks the eligible programs in the order of risk levels.  Developed and executed test strategies, test plans, and schedules.  Developing PL/SQL scripts to validate the data generated with the triage application  Validate the InRule XML file that loads the triage rules.  Providing high level project estimates to the Product Development team and other business stakeholders  Tests the NSSummaryTriage table ETL process that involves validating data against the business logic for the triage reports as well as for the CMR 2.5 reports.
