Daily Duties at Gemalto:
Developed Quality and Test management system and organization from ground zero, including Project QA time estimation and process-improvement identification and tracking. Developed the Validation Project Plan and provided resource , duration and workload estimation. Directly Managed a team of 11 test engineers onshore and off shore (Austin, Praha, France) Responsible for conducting test case reviews with R&D teams Created and implemented defect management and configuration management procedures. As a Test Manager (QA Manager), responsible for leading major test efforts for a program that developed applications where all the aspects of Project Management and QA/Test methodologies are utilized. In conjunction with the Development Manager & Account Managers, review, refine, and implement changes to the Software Development Life Cycle practices to improve quality and timeliness.
