Highlights: • Branding: Created the local Colley & Ingold brand by designing the logo, identity, stationery package, etc. • New business development: Strategized and implemented a plan by contacting 50 architectural firms in our area, attending four local trade shows a year, arranging radio, magazine, web advertising. • Estimating projects and providing bids: Estimated 50 projects and won on average 35% of the bids a year. • Writing contracts: Wrote contracts including detailed project description for each project with an average budget of one million dollars. • Budgeting and scheduling projects: Created a unique Excel document/program in order to supervise schedules and project costs, which stimulated productivity and increased profits by 18% per annum. • Managed vendors, sub-contractors and team relationships: Established relationships with national and local vendors, plus more than 75+ teams of sub-contractors and 20-person crews.
