Created Green Thinker Network brand by marrying advertising and PR services with technology. Green Thinker is a unique company that focuses on brand recognition using proactive digital methods. Made this brand a household name in the building industry, competing with and outliving much older publications. • Branding: Created the North American GTN brand by designing from a much-recognized logo through newsletters, etc. • Website development: Created the ideology, concept and flow as well as the content, including selecting images for the sites. The first year, GTN traffic achieved 10,000 unique visitors; eight years later, it far exceeds 1 million visitors per annum. • Business plan: Created, strategized and implemented every aspect of operating and new business development. • Expansion of the business: Launched a second website utilizing the initial site’s services. As a result, GTN Building Material’s operating and maintaining costs have been kept to minimum. • Reaching the target audience: Created and edited more than 150 e-newsletters, which were distributed to 150,000 architects. • Reducing operating cost: Kept the operation cost to a minimum while increasing sales over eight years. While the operation cost settled at 20-30%, sales increased 20% steadily every year. Today, GTN is a 60% profitable business. • Sales: Strategized and implemented new business development. Initially contacted marketing directors of large manufacturers. Some of those Fortune 500 companies are still with GTN today. • More sales: Sold all advertising and PR packages in the history of GTN, totaling four million dollars.
