Daily Duties at C&C Llc :

 Train and coach staff in order to enhance and maximize the team competencies and production level.  High end custom home builds including construction, HMI and SCADA integration.  Lead, train and provide guidance to a team of 15 professionals  “Hands On” involvement on all projects from bids preparation to on-line status.  Oversee and work with staff to guarantee the successful completion of all projects.  Collaborated with contractors and clients as the on-site contractor for several industrial and residential large projects.  Skilled in all phases of electrical and mechanical engineering operations.
