Daily Duties at Atlantic Pipe Corporation:

Maintain inventory levels avoiding turnovers and delays on production schedule. Establish all vendor negotiations and schedule all expediting activities. Coordinate all activities related to inventory control for finished goods and raw material. Analyze transportation consolidation opportunities such as ocean and air freight shipments. In addition, work directly with all claim procedures on damage of finished goods and raw material. Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Department activities including receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment and parts in stockroom. Revision of the Purchasing Department SOP’s. Prepare new negotiations with carriers and vendors regarding new rates and prices. Provide support to Accounts Payable Department in auditing all billings from vendors.
