Daily Duties at Caribbean Project Management:
As a Procurement Specialist in different Pharmaceutical Industry Customers such as: Lilly Del Caribe, Abbott, Amgen, Pfizer. I was responsible for the preparation of purchase orders for MRO’s, purchases of equipment and administration supplies. Assist in monitoring contract budgets and reconciliation of contracts against SAP report. Provide support in Contract Close-Outs. Assist in the preparation of the contract packages, Audit the liabilities for Lilly’s contract compliance. Provide support on internal audits for Service Contracts for Capital Projects. Prepare necessary documentation on Service Contract providing Access Control to the Carolina and Guayama Plants. Provide support on Accounts Payable monitoring reports related to Payment Process.
