Daily Duties at Industrial Distribution Group:
As a Site Manger: Prepare performance reports. Identify areas for savings through process improvement. Supply monthly cost saving reports. Work with supplier representatives to improve processes through improved products. Attend to production meetings. Communicate customer requests to IDG Management. Work with metrics, dead stock, obsolete inventory and excess inventory. Manage the logistics of the storeroom and office. Work on daily cycle counts. Maintain a clean and safe environment on the storeroom.
