• Managed $2MM portfolio for large, multi-year Outsourcing engagements across Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing and Banking industry verticals in the Infrastructure space with team size of 45 • Led Datacenter transformation initiatives and vendor technical integration as part of M&A program, delivered enterprise-level projects based on PMI, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC methodologies, led MSA and SoW negotiations, exceeded CSAT, SLAs and bolstered Kaizen across multiple LoBs
