Daily Duties at Integra Technologies Llc:

Develops safety procedures to be employed by operators working in close proximity to on-going chemical reactions.  Troubleshoots problems with chemical manufacturing processes.  Evaluates chemical equipment and processes to identify way to optimize performance or to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.  Conducts research to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.  Performs tests and monitors performance of processes throughout stages of production to determine degree of control over variables such as temperature, density, specific gravity, and pressure.  Responsible for timely entry of all attributes into Process Monitoring and Control System  Responsible for executing and designing laboratory experiments and interpretation of the results.  Technology Development - Explore new technology bases in support of OTG's mission. Conduct studies to improve scientific foundation for existing products.  Technical Reports - Analyze data and prepare technical reports for team members, customers and management team.  Ability to conduct independent investigations, collect data, document test results, and provide recommendations based on that data.  Ability to review all Division projects for conformance with process objectives.  Ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions to overcome problems.  Act as documentarian for various process studies and operational improvements, trial information.  Perform testing and documentation to verify and certify chemical behavior.
