Daily Duties at Lehman Brothers:

Oversaw a team of 4 professionals who provided financial, operational and sales support for all aspects of hedge and customer trading.  Reconciled trades, positions and P/L to the global risk management system.  Researched and resolved equity floor breaks, customer fails and commodity P/L breaks.  Managed corporate actions and P/L for tenders, mergers, splits, spin offs and dividends.  Developed team and process to resolve over 400 aged dividend and interest breaks.  Responsible for reconciliation and control of money movements, including: o Bank reconciliation and related cash settlement processes. o Daily margin and funding requirements. o Monthly reconciliation of cash and accrual accounts to G/L.  Oversaw sales credit (commission) process.
