Key member of leadership team directing Lehman’s conversion to self-clearing (a $100 million plus project) based on ADP’s BackOffice architecture and other operations projects. o Established and managed financial controls including monthly forecasting, weekly headcount reporting for staff of over 400, invoice authorization procedures and processing. o Achieved $10 million saving through tight control mechanisms.  Developed, implemented and managed the process to identify short term systems enhancements and monitor their progress.  Developed firmwide operational Metrics compilation and reporting process.  Performed cost/benefit analysis for major corporate systems and developed trade-based unit costs.  Supervised staff of 3.
