Daily Duties at Credit Suisse:
Managed a team of 4 professionals providing project management and business analysis services for continuous improvement, automation and Operational Excellence (Lean Sigma) projects in the US. Performed the functions of both a project manager and business analyst, following SDLC+ (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology. Thus worked with users, IT and other key stakeholders to create business and functional requirements, project plans, communication plans and testing documentation. Chaired monthly steering committee, weekly status and issues meetings; managed project plans; and oversaw all testing, implementation and day 2 enhancements.
