Created models of "as is" and "to be" business processes and associated narratives. • Writing and editing of technical documentations and assistance in preparation of change request technical papers. • Gathering and execution of the requirements for SAP coders and architectures (SAP ERA, ERO and ERP environments). • Created SIPOC analysis and performed FMEA for all new/existing processes. • Designed and developed Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Flow Diagrams using MS Visio. • Application BABOK methodology for execution of change mgmt. tasks. • Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Assistance in team lead and supervision (10 people in subordination).
