Apple Financial Services provides financing solutions to consumers, businesses and education institutions in 25 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. I managed a team of 8 seasoned professionals as well as several strategic key multinational vendor relationships to grow Apple's market penetration through financing in all Apple sales channels. Issued RFPs, negotiated contracts and managed ongoing vendor relationships with 20+ external financial institutions to provide local sales and marketing coverage and financing product expertise. Ensured a consistent look, feel, content and standards for all commercial lending offerings worldwide. Developed key relationships in the lending and payment industries including Issuers, Acquirers, Processors, Networks, ISOs/MSPs leveraging a broad understanding of technologies such as Automated Decisioning, EMV, mPOS, Mobile Payment and Commerce, P2P, Remittances, and Carrier Billing.
