Daily Duties at Allergan (Pfizer):

•Project “ORIGAMI”: harmonization of medical information processes on an international/global scale, revising SOPs, scheduling/roll-out training, bringing awareness to Chief Medical Office (CMO) leaders and internal stake-holders •Supported the Eye-care MSL team at a tier 1 medical congress (AAO): scheduling presentation/booth coverage, attending presentations and summarizing findings, KOL interactions, managing the Medical Information booth, formulation of executive summary •Organized/supported the new roll-out of the MSL BOX Repository for Medical Congresses planning/execution: universal standardized online congress planning (real time), organizing summaries, and submission of executive summaries – with Elaine Treichel and Matt Holecko •Attended ride-alongs to support in MSL-KOL interactions, journal clubs, training etc. •Supported the facial aesthetics medical director through interactions with investigators surrounding phase IV trial “HARMONY”: data analysis, synopsis creation, efforts for publication, and presenting key findings to investigators for feedback, clinical discussion •Trained the medical information department surrounding new product launches & new acquired indications •Worked on the Health Science Associate Retina team to participate in promotional review and PRC steering meetings •Presented to HSA team regarding FDA guidance and current events surrounding promotional review •Created, reviewed, and implemented FAQs to support medical information call-center operations •Supported in formulating/balancing the medical information budget for 2016
