Daily Duties at Centene Corp:
• Manage the daily operations of multiple facilities, including property equipment & assets, space changes, janitorial services, security access, and building maintenance. • Develop and manage annual facilities budgets and staffing plans by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances. • Oversee document retention policy including protection, retrieval, and disposal. • Responsible for Health & Safety requirements such as fire suppression equipment, emergency evacuation plans, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and business continuity planning. Spearhead setup of disaster recovery plans. • Spearhead future growth and expansion projects across the state with facilities planning board, infrastructure, corporate real estate and architectural groups. • Oversee office operations to improve workflow and efficiency (bookkeeping, mail services, IT Operations, security, vending services etc.) • Review lease agreements, permits, business licenses and occupational licenses. Manage contracts for all vendors and services. Review and manage OSHA, State and IT/Facilities guidelines, policies, and procedures across the state. • Oversee ordering, distribution and storage for all inventory of IT assets, facilities assets, office supplies and stationary supplies. • Coordinate training and development efforts for new hires and training demands. • Setup and assist trouble shooting for Telecom, Networking, and Data Center. • Planning committee board member to supervise and coordinate new space development, renovation projects, work of outside vendor, business partners and GC’s.
