• Led commercial and strategic operations, including sales, marketing and business development, for the $400 million reactive metals manufacturing business unit • Managed a global distribution network supporting the chemical processing industry • Ensured production planning operations met goals for product scheduling, material management, inventory control and capacity planning for three manufacturing divisions • Managed a marketing team responsible for market research, promotions, advertising, branding, product communications, and technical marketing of ATI Wah Chang products • Responsible for the operational execution and process development of outside conversion services for company products • Directed procurement operations responsible for annual buys of more than $100 million Led team efforts in the design, implementation and execution of the company’s commercial ERP systems
