Consulting is to provide services for companies seeking to streamline and improve business operating efficiencies and expand revenue through managed growth strategies. Commercial: • Assist companies in the development of multi-year strategic plans that contain detailed one-year execution plan that is managed through a defined plan-do-check-act program • Develop initiatives to gain market share within desired market segments, applications and strategic customers • Establish new product growth strategies through development of processes for new idea generation, product development and qualification and commercialization of products to targeted customers • Establishment of market research and company marketing, advertising and promotion programs • Supply chain management – identification of key suppliers, development of relationship and program qualification management • Procurement – assist in the establishment of procurement process and procedures, evaluation of suppliers, and establishment of cost reduction initiatives • Identify, evaluate and support execution of acquisitions and mergers • Support company initiatives through membership and participation in industry organizations • Provide guidance as needed in company sponsored strategic planning and commercial development programs Organizational: • Lean manufacturing – education, training, implementation and follow-on evaluations • Implementation of employee personal goal plans that are integrated to the company’s strategic and one-year business plan, setting up processes for routine evaluation and reporting • Evaluate a company’s safety program and behaviors, and assist in establishing a new safety culture that is based on 100% participation and accountability, and continuous safety improvement • Provide assistance as needed in areas of finance, operations, IT and business systems where upgrades are needed to support the long term strategic goals of the company
