Daily Duties at Silk Road Technology:
As an individual contributor, lead implementation projects for web-based applicant tracking system, OpenHire, and onboarding/life events system, RedCarpet in partnership with customers’ Human Resources teams. Drive efforts to deliver exemplary customer service. Advise customer recruiting departments on streamlining workflow and candidate and employee management practices to best utilize suite of Human Capital Management solutions. Train new employees on SilkRoad systems and software, project management techniques, priority management, and responsibilities clarification. As Professional Services Manager, lead a team of up to 50 individual service consultants, project managers and technical service engineers responsible for the deliver of SilkRoad’s suite of human capital management solutions (recruiting, onboarding/life events, learning and performance management, HRMS).
