Daily Duties at Health Efx:
Managed implementation projects for the Client Services team of the Health e(fx) system, which is designed to measure the compliance rates and audit HRIS, Payroll and Benefits data to ensure companies are meeting the regulations of the Affordable Care Act. Partnered with insurance brokers for assistance in guiding mutual clients through the relevant data collection to ensure compliance for large employers were being met or where any gaps in their health benefit offerings were lacking.
