Daily Duties at Visa:

1. Third Party Supplier Risk Management Program • Process reengineered Supplier Management Program to comply with regulatory guidance OCC Bulletin 2013-29 • Developed and managed the Tiered Monitoring Program which coordinated assessments for 15 risk stakeholders into 1 holistic assessment for Visa’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. • Design and implementation for new supplier management tool to comply with OCC Bulletin 2013-29 as well as meet the needs of all risk stakeholders and internal business partners • Developed and managed the Supplier Watch List Program track progress of required supplier mitigation • Prepared and presented Program updates for quarterly FFIEC Examinations 2. Managed the Sourcing Operations Team • Managed the operations team in successfully issuing 20K + POs globally per year • Served as Audit point of contact for internal and external audits as well as management of SOX audits • Provided continuous process improvements to address new rules and requirements and to simply where possible • System Owner for Oracle Purchasing and iSupplier and iProcurement • Stood up Shared Service Center in Austin and relocated Operations team
