Daily Duties at Citibank:
• Led the Process and Tools Initiative that reviewed all systems and processes across Global Transaction Services (GTS) and leveraged efficiencies to streamline processes, addressing gaps and reducing FTE. • Spearheaded the Oracle Health Check Project, which led to areas of improvement within the Siebel Client Relationship Management (CRM) Platform (i.e. user interface, analytics, system speed). • Reviewed functionality of Client Level Analytics (CLA) system and identified risks, establishing that the system was out of compliance. Gained senior approvals for retirement and developed an implementation plan in partnership with Technology for the migration of CLA functions into Siebel CRM.
