Daily Duties at Citibank:
• Selected by Executive Management to build and lead a global team within a newly formed Shared Services group, as a result of a division-wide transformation initiative. Successfully freed up Sales & Marketing teams from administrative, non-client facing activities in order to focus on revenue generation. Centralized functions into specialized Centers-of-Excellence focusing on global consistency. Partnered with the Global Senior Management teams across Citi Transaction Services (CTS), ensuring alignment of strategic initiatives that provided critical thinking, project management and metrics/analysis. • Leveraged low cost labor opportunities, establishing an offshore team responsible for BAU. • Developed workflow tool (JIRA) for business requests, providing users transparency as well as metrics that identified training gaps, FTE requirements and overall number of requests across businesses and regions. • Managed the development, implementation and maintenance of Sales Disciplines and Best Practices programs that provided a global standard which resulted in improved operational processes and eliminated gaps. • Directed the development, implementation and training of tools, including Account Plans, Scorecards, Deals for Special Use and Contact Management. Results included reduced costs associated with FTE related to sales support and greater transparency of all deals in the pipeline creating greater controls and increasing revenue.
