Daily Duties at Jp Morgan:

• Recruited to build a robust infrastructure and standard processes around Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures supporting the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Led a global team, transforming the existing methodology to uniform and streamlined, integrated processes, ultimately absorbed into existing operations groups. • Collaborated with KYC System and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to deliver new and enhanced procedures in parallel with fixed technology implementation commitments. • Ensured appropriate procedure governance standards were in place and adhered to. • Collaborated with training manager to ensure effective translation of approved procedures to training materials highlighting key learning points. Leveraged materials to train 500+ Operational staff and meet Compliance requirements. • Explored and determined procedure software applications that enabled a more efficient procedure creation process as well as a meticulous tracking capability. • Created team SharePoint site that increased transparency of project plans while providing useful links, out of office calendar and BAU calendar.
