Daily Duties at Greenberg Traurig, Llp:
Manage a team of 50 conflicts analysts, coordinators, administrative staff, and legal assistants to ensure all risk management and general counsel policies are followed for all new clients and matters over 38 offices and 8 different countries. Independently reviewed and evaluated analysts work product to ensure consistency and accuracy in all conflicts reports, corporate research, and ethical guidelines followed. Draft waivers; ethical wall, review contract/ engagement letters, draft screening memos; and new policies and procedures regarding risk management. Identified, documented, and reported on firm risk and ethical issues. Travel throughout firm locations to train and implement staff on new software and risk policies.
