Create and execute semi-monthly and monthly reports to support the upper management. • Assisted the association of 2000 employees with staging and recruitment processes; administered pre-employment test, screened resumes, scheduled interviews, and employment verifications. Completed background checks and reference checks processed personnel action that included salary adjustments, merits increases, transfers, and pension calculations, benefits programs.
