Daily Duties at Printpack:
Led regular stand-up safety meetings, events and continuous improvement projects with measurable goals. Maintained and enforced a safe and clean working environment at all times.Established and adjusted safety procedures to meet state and federal regulations as well as company's policies. Defined safety performance standards and reviewed the performance outcomes to set future targets. Implemented root cause and corrective actions to remove hazardous conditions and improved safety. Improved efficiency and productivity by eliminating waste and production constraints. Trained, developed and counseled 200+ employees to develop a high safety performing team.
