Directed all activities related to development, proof of concept and production launch of advanced engine technologies by replacing diesel with CNG (compressed natural gas), oil field flare gas mitigation/power generation and other future mediums. Developed/ implemented program management systems, direct interface with PDT leads/team to the executive and sales staff, facilitated/ran Scrum process, executed company strategic goals, established/maintained the overall project budget and established, executed the product launch plan.
