Daily Duties at Honeywell 2:
• Single point responsibility for baseline implementation of project scope for assigned plant site. • Organizing and planning assigned projects including schedules, budgets, and staffing. • Resource planning and scheduling • Project tracking and controlling including engineering progress, construction progress, schedules, and costs. • Managing project quality including internal checks, design reviews and follow-up • Coordination of design changes • Risk identification and management • Subcontractor selection and subcontract administration • Primary interface with Alcoa site management regarding activities during the baseline implementation • Customer relations • Managing document control activities for project correspondence and technical documentation
