Daily Duties at Sierra Capital:

Managed the Sierra Liquidity Fund. Constructed Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation achieving superior returns while minimizing risk. Implemented investment strategy under direct supervision of Chief Investment Officer. Presented written and oral investment theses, recommendations and models for security selection to Investment Committee Board. Generalist with broad sector and industry coverage. Analyzed public and private company financials to build valuation and recovery models utilizing EBITDA comparable multiple analysis, discounted cash flow models and precedent transactions. Conducted meetings and corresponded with external due diligence analysts and consultants evaluating the fund’s investment strategy. Managed, trained and incentivized junior analysts who ultimately gained responsibilities for certain asset classes and delivered performance enhancing results. Monitored all investments through monthly and quarterly performance reporting, updates to models, participation in company/fund conference calls, and reports to Investment Committee.
