Manage quality assurance records and controlled documents through the use of Nuclear Asset Management Suite (NAMS) and Lotus Notes Procedure distribution including automatic generation of transmittals, index maintenance and receipt tracking Coordinate the processing of Quality Assurance Records for lifetime retention including receipt inspection, indexing and burning of CD’s Bind and laminate documents and reports Scan and perform data entry of quality assurance records Train and mentor Quality Assurance Records Technicians Streamlined records management process to improve department efficiency • Created process for data entry of supplements and addenda
